Jay Graham has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Jay started their career at Graham Ford Lincoln Mercury in 1998 and worked as a Manager for seven years. Jay then joined ADP Dealer Services as an Account Executive and Sales Rep from 2005 to 2007. After that, they served as a Dealer Partner and General Manager at Graham Ford Lincoln Mercury Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Beaman Automotive Group from 2009 to 2010 and at Mathews-Garland Auto Group from April 2010 to September 2010. Jay also held various roles at CDK Global from 2010 to 2015, including Utilization and Training Consultant, Solutions Consultant, and Territory Sales Executive. From 2015 to 2016, Jay worked as a Sales Consultant at Applied Systems, focusing on building relationships with agency-partners in the insurance industry. Since May 2019, they have been employed at ADMI as a Director of Business Development and previously worked as a Dealer Development Specialist.
Jay Graham attended Dickson County High School from 1995 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study during that time. Additionally, Jay Graham obtained a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate from CrossFit Education in May 2023.

ADMI is a Michigan corporation located in beautiful Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was founded in 1980 after spending millions of dollars and nearly 20 man-years of research. The initial and continuing focus was and is to complement the functioning of the parts activity and the service activity as they relate to each other, as they both provide service to the customer and as they together support the combined objectives of all of the other activities of the dealership as a whole. With thousands of dealer clients throughout the US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Middle East, and the Pacific Rim, since 1980 Automotive Dealer Management, Inc. (ADMI) has pioneered and demonstrated leadership in the development and application of OEM and dealer data management skills through the dealership DMS.
