Melissa Freed

Melissa Freed is a dedicated procurement and purchasing professional with extensive experience in the defense and software industries. Currently serving as a Purchasing Specialist at ADNET Technologies since June 2023, Melissa previously held multiple roles at Phoenix Defense, LLC. from January 2021 to February 2023, advancing from Buyer I to Buyer II by successfully streamlining procurement processes and training new staff. Prior experience includes serving as a Procurement Specialist at Riptide Software, Inc., where Melissa contributed to the procurement of IT electronics for DoD programs, and worked in client services and administrative roles at Bluegreen Vacations and Gold Coast Builders Association. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from the University of Central Florida.
