Kevin van Staden

Kevin van Staden, CFA, currently serves as the Manager for Investments & Corporate Solutions within the Mergers & Acquisitions Division at ADNOC Distribution, managing M&A activities in the fuel retail sector and performing comprehensive valuations to support investment decisions. Previously, Kevin was employed at PwC South Africa from January 2018 to May 2022, holding roles such as Team Leader for International Expansion and M&A and Manager as a Valuation Specialist, where responsibilities included conducting various enterprise valuations for transactions and stakeholder reporting. Kevin's early career included positions as an Associate in Valuations and Advisory at PwC, following an 18-month management consulting graduate program. Kevin's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Finance: Investment Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Financial Analysis & Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Investment Management from the University of Pretoria.
