Lola Emetulu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal counsel. Currently serving as Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Governance at ADNOC Group, Lola has held key positions in various organizations, including Company Secretary at the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange, Director at Joldak Corporate Services Limited, and Company Secretary Services at MPAC Group of Companies. Previously, Lola was Deputy Company Secretary & Corporate Counsel for Reckitt Benckiser Group plc. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, and being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.
