May al-Absi

May Al-Absi currently serves as the Group Talent Management Director at EDGE, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, May has been with ADNOC Group since January 2012, taking on various roles including Business Partner for Human Capital, Head of Succession Planning and Talent Mobility, and People Development stream lead under the Shurouq Project. Responsibilities included developing Personal Development Plans for succession candidates and leading talent mobility initiatives. May also worked as a Senior Career Development Officer specializing in career development programs at ADNOC. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Emiratisation Specialist at Abu Dhabi Tourism Investment Company from September 2009 to September 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Organizational Development & Leadership from Abu Dhabi School of Management and two Bachelor's degrees in HR and Management from Abu Dhabi University.
