Sophie Hildebrand

Sophie Hildebrand serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ADNOC Group since July 2022. Previously, Sophie was the Chief Technology Officer at Equinor from April 2019 to June 2021, where leadership focused on the transformation of the technology strategy to enhance the company's role in the energy transition. Prior to Equinor, Sophie held multiple positions at BP from 1997 to 2018, including Vice President Exploration Russia, Caspian & Europe, and Director of the Gulf of Mexico Paleogene Alliance. Additionally, Sophie gained experience as a project manager at TNK BP in 2008. Academic credentials include a degree from the University of Saskatchewan, obtained from 1992 to 1997.
