Inge Focht is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of People Switzerland at Adnovum since May 2023. Prior to this role, Inge spent over a decade at Swisscom, where responsibilities included strategic workforce transformation, HR strategy implementation, performance management, and leadership development as Senior HR Business Partner and Deputy Head HR INI. Additionally, Inge led a department of 80 employees in the Customer Facing Unit and managed the end-to-end recruitment process as HR Recruiting Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Senior HR Consultant at Careerplus Group and a Junior Consultant at Scharley & Partner MDC GmbH. Inge holds a CAS in Human Capital Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law and a Master's degree in Arts from the University of Konstanz.
