Adnovum
Marc Blume is a seasoned UX/CX consultant currently serving as a Senior UX/CX Consultant at Adnovum since August 2023. With extensive experience in user experience research and design, Marc previously held the role of Circle Lead Research and Senior User Experience Researcher at Ginetta from March 2020 to February 2023, focused on creating user-centered design solutions. Prior to that, Marc contributed as a lecturer on Customer Experience Management at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences between June 2014 and February 2020, and served as a Senior Specialist at Stimmt AG from September 2007 to March 2014. Marc's earlier professional background includes leading the Usability & User Centered Design Team at Swisscom Innovations from June 2001 to May 2007. Academic qualifications include a CAS in Higher & Professional Education from ZHAW School of Management and Law, a MAS in Human Computer Interaction Design from the University of Basel, and a Diplom in Psychology from The University of Freiburg.
