Erika Redman

Erika Redman currently serves as the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing for Marketing & Corporate Services at Adobe since June 2023. Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Director of Marketing Operations at Gilead Sciences from August 2019 to June 2022 and was the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at SEPHORA from April 2016 to August 2019, where significant cost savings and operational efficiencies were achieved through effective sourcing strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Sourcing at McKesson from March 2015 to April 2016, focusing on value-driven sourcing strategies, and working as an Independent Consultant at CCI in 2014, where recommendations for post M&A integration and change management were developed. Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Emory University, earned between January 1990 and January 1994.
