Mark Lipscomb joined Adobe in 2019 from 23andMe, where he had served as the company's first VP of People. At 23andMe, Lipscomb was responsible for building key People Team functions with leaders and teams in each area (Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, People Systems, Analytics and Operations, Compensation, Benefits). Previously, he served as HR Business Partner for the Product Organization at Netflix, and earlier served as VP of HR for Tesla. Before that, he spent 16 years in various operations and HR roles at Stryker. Lipscomb began his career as an officer in the US Navy, serving two tours of duty in the Middle East.
