Philippa Williams has extensive experience in the field of adoption and child welfare, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager and NVR Practitioner at Adoption UK since January 2016, where work focuses on supporting social workers and adoptive families throughout the adoption process. Prior to this role, Philippa held the position of Early Intervention and Support Manager. From May 2014 to February 2016, Philippa worked as a Project Officer at Learning Through Landscapes & Grounds for Learning, developing outdoor learning and play courses aimed at improving the mental health and wellbeing of foster carers, social workers, and looked after children. Philippa's earlier experience includes working as a Project Worker at The Fostering Network from 2005 to 2015. Philippa's educational background includes attending Milford Haven Grammar School from 1975 to 1984, earning a high school diploma.
