Ken Shepherd is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and systems. Currently serving as Head of IT Systems at Adore Beauty since November 2021, Ken previously held significant roles at SEEK from 2013 to 2021, including Head of Infrastructure for Asia Pacific and ANZ, where responsibilities included delivering innovative infrastructure and support strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager and Transformation Consultant at AMP, leading an infrastructure transformation program, and providing guidance on commercial and architectural matters. Ken also worked at AXA Tech from 2006 to 2013 as Architecture and Design Manager and Service Operations Manager, overseeing infrastructure solution design and operational service delivery. Early career positions include National Operations Manager and Technical Manager at Invizage from 2001 to 2006.
