Raluca Mihaila's work experience started in 2009 at Inditex, where they worked as a Visual Merchandiser until 2012. In 2014, they joined Pella Promotions as a Human Resources Analyst until December, when they became a Manager until February 2016. Raluca then joined Adore Me in February 2016 as a Marketing Associate and later transitioned to a Junior Product Manager role in July 2021.
Raluca Mihaila pursued their Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from "Updates for Freshers" between the years 2013 and 2016.

At Adore Me, they take on seemingly impossible challenges. In 2011, they were founded to solve a single problem: help women buy bras online. It might seem like a simple task, but a bra is one of the most complex and personal garments in existence. Managing the design, procurement, logistics, and customer experience involved is an uphill climb, but one that built their company to take on increasingly greater challenges. Adore Me grew into the first major online player in lingerie, as well as the first to introduce inclusive sizing in the category.
