Alana Silva

Alana Silva is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in athletic coaching, sports management, and marketing. Currently serving as District Manager at ADP since April 2024, Alana previously held the role of Associate District Manager. Simultaneously, Alana is a Gymnastics Coach at International Gymnastics Camp, focusing on athlete development and performance optimization. Alana’s experience includes serving as Assistant Acrobatics and Tumbling Coach at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where Alana managed athletic activities and program administration, emphasizing teamwork and student-athlete experience. Additionally, Alana has worked as Sports Management Coordinator at the same university, where responsibilities included marketing strategy development and social media content creation for institutional branding. Earlier experience includes a marketing and business development internship at Wojo Holdings LLC. Alana holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, both from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
