Joshua Milostan

Joshua Milostan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and management, currently serving as VP of Implementation-Major Accounts at ADP since January 2015. Joshua has held multiple leadership roles at ADP, where significant achievements include the development of an associate onboarding process, recognition for outstanding regional NPS improvements, and the creation of training programs that enhanced associate engagement. Prior to ADP, Joshua served as Director at The Art Institutes, driving sales team performance and operational efficiency, and as Director/Senior Assistant Director at Westwood College, where record growth was achieved through innovative business models. An early career at the International Academy of Design and Technology showcased Joshua's ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships. Joshua holds a B.A.S in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University.
