Preeti Bhaskar

Preeti Bhaskar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Director for Global Product & Technology at ADP since June 2021, Preeti previously held significant roles at Boeing from 2015 to 2021, including Human Resource Business Partner and Employee Relations Business Partner, focusing on culture enhancement and employee engagement within the commercial airplane programs division. Preeti's expertise in HR was further developed during tenures at Baxter Healthcare and Acer, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development. Academically, Preeti holds an Executive Masters of Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from Himachal Pradesh University.
