Raghav Simha Rao

Raghav Simha Rao is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience at ADP since December 2005, currently serving as Vice President of Finance for Financial Planning and Analysis, where Raghav leads a team responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and managing over $16 billion in annual revenue. Throughout the career at ADP, Raghav has held various leadership roles, including directing a 3,000-employee sales organization and managing significant financial operations across multiple business units. Prior to ADP, Raghav was a Tax Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Raghav holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University.
