Shawna Reese is an experienced talent acquisition professional with expertise in full cycle recruiting, currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ADP since June 2016. Shawna has successfully collaborated with internal leaders to attract top talent through various sourcing methods. Prior to ADP, Shawna worked at Aerotek from April 2007 to June 2016, taking on roles such as Implementation Specialist and Account Recruiting Manager, specializing in providing staffing solutions for various client needs. Shawna began a career in recruitment as a Promotions Intern with the Traverse City Beach Bums in 2006. Shawna holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Central Michigan University, earned in 2006.
