Kayla McPherson

Kayla McPherson has extensive experience in sales and recruitment, currently serving as the SOCOM Inside Sales Manager at ADS, Inc. since May 2019, where responsibilities include managing sales efforts for SOCOM accounts. Prior to this role, Kayla worked at Aston Carter from May 2016 to May 2019, initially as a Recruiter and subsequently as an Account Manager, focusing on Human Capital Management solutions for public and private companies. Earlier in the career, Kayla was a Senior Customer Support Associate at Aerotek from October 2011 to May 2016. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Longwood University, obtained in 2011.
