John Goodale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John started as a Service Sales Representative at Cintas First Aid & Safety in 2002 and then worked as a Shortage Control Analyst and Vendor Set Up Specialist at Marshall Field's from 2003 to 2006. John then joined Novus Media Inc. as an Account Executive, and later became the Manager of Business Analytics & Reporting. From 2016 to 2018, John worked as an Analytics & Reporting Consultant at JPIPERmedia. John then moved on to Adstra, where they held various roles including Manager and Director of Analytical Services. Most recently, they served as the Head of Marketing Analytics & Operations at Adstra. In 2020, they briefly worked as an Analytics & Reporting Consultant at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK.

John Goodale attended Augsburg University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. During their studies, they also pursued minors in Management Information Systems and Religion.
