Domingo Ruiz has been with Grupo ADTEL since April 2008, where Domingo currently holds the position of Director General. Prior to this, Domingo served as Director General at ADTEL since March 1993. Domingo's expertise lies in telecommunications, audiovisual, and security technologies, which Domingo has applied to transform infrastructures and organizations. Domingo also has experience working at the Barcelona Olympic Organising Committee and ESA - Agencia Espacial Europea - ESTEC. Domingo studied Ingeniero de Telecomunicacion at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1978 to 1983.

ADTEL started its activity in 1993 and initially specialised in radiofrequency systems for sound broadcasting, television and radio communications. Our growth is associated with major deployments of digital television and TETRA private radio, and subsequently to fibre optic networks and FTTH access in Spain. In 2008, ADTEL acquired Link Comunicaciones, a manufacturer of FM radio transmitters with more than 30 years of market presence. ADTEL combines specific product development with systems integration and we offer a complete portfolio of specialised professional services that include engineering, installation, operation and maintenance
