Vincent Sleiffer

Vincent Sleiffer is an experienced professional in optical engineering and product line management, currently serving as Director of Product Line Management at Adtran since February 2023. Prior to this role, Vincent held several positions at ADVA over a span of seven years, including Senior Systems Consultant for the Nordics, Baltics, and Benelux regions, where responsibilities included pre-sales activities, technical presentations, and participation in regional Proof of Concept projects. Other significant experience includes roles as an Optical R&D Engineer at Omron Europe and contributions to high-capacity optical long-haul transmission systems at Coriant, Inc. Vincent's educational background includes a PhD, MSc, and BSc in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, alongside early work experience in fiber optic installation and internships in long-haul transmission systems.
