Hilary Morris

Hilary Morris is an accomplished leader in corporate strategy and financial systems transformation with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Strategy and Transformation – Record to Report at Advance Auto Parts, Hilary provides strategic guidance on ERP systems and process improvement. Previously, as the Director of Business Application Support at USAA, Hilary significantly reduced accounting system costs and was recognized with a CFO Challenge Coin Award. Earlier roles include Business Systems Manager for the City of Raleigh, where successful electronic processing projects were implemented, and Collections Lead at Accenture, where collections increased substantially under leadership. Hilary holds an MBA from North Carolina State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Quantitative Psychology and Accounting.
