Gavin

Gavin Ma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, information technology, and investment management. Currently serving as the Senior HRIS Manager at Advance Intelligence Group since July 2021, Gavin leads a team of 20 HR professionals across Southeast Asia and China, focusing on developing a global HR system to support business growth. Previously, Gavin was the Head of Information Technology and Head of Human Resources at Global EduHub, where strategic IT and HR solutions were implemented to enhance operations. Additional experience includes positions at VaV SG Investment as an Investment Manager and at Macquarie Group, where significant projects in system development and integration were completed. Gavin holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from National University of Singapore, an MBA in Finance from Singapore Management University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University.
