Michelle Caulfield currently serves as the Sr Vice President of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at Advanced Bionics, where responsibilities include leading global quality system functions across all company sites. Previous experience includes roles at Endologix, Inc. as Sr Director of Pre-Market Quality and Senior Director of Operations Quality, where oversight of quality teams and support for new product development were key focuses. At Sonendo®, Inc., Michelle was responsible for all commercial quality systems, while earlier roles at Endologix and Medtronic CardioVascular encompassed various leadership positions in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and preclinical research. Michelle holds dual MBA degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and Columbia Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from UC San Diego.
