Khalid Rustom, PhD, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Product Management at Advanced Charging Technologies since April 2015. Prior to this, Khalid co-founded Petra Systems, Inc. in October 2007 and held the position of Vice President, Product Management, focusing on innovative clean energy and energy efficiency solutions for municipalities, utilities, and commercial clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Advanced Power Electronics Corporation from August 2002 to August 2007, where Khalid established APECOR, a startup specializing in research and development, while marketing its capabilities to various clients. Khalid Rustom holds an M.B.A. from the UCF College of Business, a PhD in Electrical Engineering, and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Princess Sumaya University for Technology.
