Tim McNamara

Tim McNamara is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process and controls management, primarily at Advanced Composites. Since March 2016, Tim has served as Process and Controls Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring the efficiency and troubleshooting of extrusion processes and control systems. Prior roles at the same company included Senior Project Engineer, managing multi-million dollar projects through all phases, and Production Supervisor, leading a manufacturing team. Tim's earlier experience as a Process Engineer involved optimizing existing processes and enhancing efficiency. Additionally, Tim contributed to education as a part-time faculty instructor in the Plastics Engineering Technology program at Edison State Community College. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Shawnee State University.
