Boon Sheng Teo

Boon Sheng Teo is a seasoned design and engineering professional, currently serving as Global Director - Design and Engineering at AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals) since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading the engineering and development of innovative devices such as the OOKA and collaborating with the Marketing Team on accessories development. Prior experience includes nearly 11 years at Dyson, where Boon Sheng progressed through multiple roles, culminating as Senior Design Manager, overseeing the development of projects such as the Dyson Airstrait and Airwrap Attachments, while leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets. Boon Sheng's career began with a Project Management Internship at Keppel Shipyard Ltd., and educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Mechatronics from Temasek Polytechnic.
