Larry Singer is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in management and defense contracting. Currently serving as Chief Business Development Officer at Advanced IT Concepts since November 2020, Larry previously held the position of Business Development Manager. As President and CEO of Singer Consulting Services LLC from January 2012 to November 2020, Larry provided consulting support to various business partners, focusing on campaign planning, pipeline development, and technical proposal management among other areas. Earlier roles include Director of the NetOps and Infrastructure Division at STG and Department/Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Cyber Security.
