Prior to this role, Davor held various leadership positions at Olin from October 2015 to June 2023, including Global Asset Director, NAA Business Director, Global Product Director, and Product Director Epoxy Resins Europe. Davor's contributions included leading the Global Executive Epoxy team, developing strategic plans, managing product portfolios, and overseeing financial results. Earlier experience includes roles at The Dow Chemical Company from January 2005 to October 2015 as Product Marketing Manager and Account Manager, and at WET d.o.o as a Technical Services Specialist. Davor holds an MBA from the International Graduate Business School Zagreb and a degree from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology.
