Pradip Chakraborty is a highly experienced scientist specializing in R&D within sustainable and advanced materials chemistry. Currently serving as a Scientist in R&D at Advanced Materials-Aditya Birla Chemicals since October 2023, Pradip has previously held significant roles, including Principal Scientist at Jubilant Biosys Limited, where responsibilities encompassed scientific leadership and oversight of discovery chemistry projects from July 2018 to September 2023. Prior to this, Pradip was a Group Leader at Jubilant Chemsys Limited and also served as a Research Scientist at Sai Life Sciences Ltd, focusing on drug discovery and synthetic organic chemistry. With a strong academic background that includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from The University of Göttingen and extensive postdoctoral research experience at institutions such as UC San Diego and Washington University in St. Louis, Pradip has consistently contributed to the innovation and execution of synthetic chemistry projects throughout a distinguished career.
