Joe Carabetta is a seasoned radiologist with extensive experience in various imaging modalities. Currently serving as a radiologist at Advanced Medical Imaging Consultants, PC since March 2015, Joe previously held a partner position at Elmhurst Hospital from July 2009 to March 2015, where responsibilities included co-heading CT and MRI imaging, and specializing in musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and breast MRI. Joe's foundational training includes a fellowship in Body MRI/Musculoskeletal MRI at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a radiology residency at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Early medical training included a Transitional Year residency at Resurrection Health Care. Academic credentials comprise a Doctor of Medicine from Thomas Jefferson University, a Master of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish Language and Literature from Georgetown University.
