Amit Gupta

Amit Gupta is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President at AMD since February 2022, Amit previously held the position of Vice President of Software Engineering at Xilinx from December 2009 to February 2022, where leadership of the Vivado Implementation Software team contributed over $1B in quarterly revenue. Prior roles include Director of Backend Software Development at eASIC, Senior Staff Engineer at Tabula Inc, and Senior Software Engineer at Ikos/Mentor Graphics. Amit holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
