Viet Tran

Viet Tran is a seasoned technical professional currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at AMD, where responsibilities include leading technical support for the MI300 Accelerator series and engaging with OEM partners and enterprise customers on innovative solutions. Prior experience includes a pivotal role as a Customer Application Engineer at Groq, contributing to various AI projects, and serving as a Senior System Engineer at BriteLab, focusing on manufacturing software applications. Viet Tran has also held significant positions as a Lead Manufacture Software Test Engineer at Bowers and Wilkins and as a Senior Software Engineer at both Liquid Robotics and Neato Robotics, along with earlier roles at Sun Microsystems and Riverstone Networks. Viet Tran holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
