Rita Westphal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Rita began their career in 1991 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital as Head of Physician Billing, and then moved on to become the Chief Operating Officer at Michigan Multispecialty Physicians, PC from 2000 to 2010. In 2010, they co-founded Practical EHR Solutions, LLC and served as a Co-founder until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Rita worked as the Corporate Director of Revenue Cycle at ProMedica. Rita then joined Advanced Radiology Services and Strategic Administrative & Reimbursement Services, where they held the position of COO from 2014 to 2017 and later became the CEO in 2018.
Rita Westphal completed their Bachelor's degree in PreMed and Theatre from the University of Michigan between 1986 and 1990. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University and completed it in 1994.
