Paul Sheehan is an experienced program manager currently working at the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) since February 2023. Prior to this role, Paul served as a program manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) from July 2017 to March 2023. Paul also held the position of group leader at the Naval Research Laboratory between March 2008 and February 2018. Academically, Paul earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Physics from Harvard University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry Based Materials Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
