Mike Saena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Delivery at Cloud Connect Solutions Inc since September 2022. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Advanced Resources in St. Louis, beginning as a Technical Recruiter in November 2012 and advancing to Recruiting Manager and Recruitment Team Lead. Mike has consistently exceeded yearly goals, achieving President's Club recognition multiple times from 2013 to 2022, and has successfully interviewed, trained, and coached approximately 12 recruiters.
