Matt Conway is the Chief Sales Officer at Advanced Technology Services and is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and commercial excellence while leading the sales organization. Matt has spent his career building and leading high-performing sales teams at prestigious organizations such as Iron Mountain and Cintas. Most recently, he comes to ATS from Element Materials Technology, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Americas.
Matt is a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
