Alex Hindman

Alex Hindman is currently the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Advancing Eyecare, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Alex served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Paragon Healthcare, Inc. from November 2020 to December 2024, where significant achievements included the creation of company-wide budgets, development of key financial models, and oversight of a team to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Alex has also held leadership roles in FP&A at U.S. Dermatology Partners and managed extensive integration projects at EyeCare Services Partners. Additional experience includes financial management positions at K2, Slalom Consulting, Oliver Wyman, Accenture, and Hewlett-Packard, with a strong foundation in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance improvement across various industries. Alex Hindman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2008.
