Paul Persing

Paul Persing has over 20 years of experience in environmental management and engineering roles. Paul began their career at Sunoco Chemicals, where they served as a Senior Environmental Engineer before being promoted to the role of Environmental Superintendent of Phenol Manufacturing. In this role, they supervised environmental staff at two manufacturing facilities and was responsible for maintaining compliance and developing improvement programs.

In 2011, Persing joined Honeywell Resins & Chemicals LLC as an Environmental Manager, where they continued to oversee compliance and regulatory programs until 2016. Paul then joined AdvanSix as an Environmental Manager and was later promoted to Principal Environmental Engineer. In this role, Persing ensured environmental compliance, shared best practices, and improved HSE performance across the company. Paul also mentored and trained new members of the organization.

Paul Persing attended the University of New Hampshire from 1980 to 1986, where they pursued a dual major in Hydrology and Resource Economics, earning a Bachelor's degree.
