Sangeeta Kumari

Sangeeta Kumari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and laboratory operations in the seed industry. Currently serving as Lead Physiology Lab and QMS Manager at Advanta Seeds since July 2022, Sangeeta is responsible for the ISTA Lab Accreditation Project and the establishment of a Quality Management System aligned with management vision. Prior experience includes a decade at UPL, where Sangeeta held various roles, including Assistant Manager QA, focusing on laboratory activities and quality performance metrics. Earlier positions were with Advanta Seeds, Devgen Seeds and Crop Technology, and Monsanto Holdings Pvt Ltd, where Sangeeta developed skills in quality control, inventory management, and sampling processes. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Agri-Business from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management and a Postgraduate Degree in International Business from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
