Mikolaj Norek

Mikolaj Norek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation & Technology for the Nordics at ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA since January 2022, Mikolaj also manages the Forum for Innovation Management at Karl-Adam Bonniers Stiftelse and leads collaborative initiatives at STUNS. As the owner of Norek & Norek AB, Mikolaj designs educational programs and conferences focused on entrepreneurship and leadership. Additional roles include co-owning Norek & Sköld AB, serving as Managing Director of the Swedish Polish Chamber of Commerce, and contributing to various training programs and boards, such as the Ashoka Scandinavia Venture Board. Mikolaj's educational background includes degrees from prominent institutions, such as the Stockholm School of Economics and WU Vienna.
