Joshua Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Advantage Metals Recycling, LLC since June 2015, Joshua has successfully held various roles including Plant Manager and Nonferrous Operations Supervisor. Prior to this, Joshua dedicated nearly five years to the United States Air Force, managing recruiting operations across a significant geographical area and leading a large team, while also earning multiple awards for outstanding performance and leadership. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from TUI University and an Associate of Science in Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force.

Galamba Metals Group was purchased and renamed Advantage Metals Recycling in 2008 and is wholly owned by The David J. Joseph Company (DJJ), based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Today we are the largest scrap recycling company in Kansas and Missouri, and operate 11 facilities.
