Alicia Palomo II is a visionary and results-oriented Human Resources executive with over 28 years of progressive leadership experience spanning professional services, facilities management, media, technology, energy, and financial sectors. As Senior Director of Human Resources at Advantage Solutions, Alicia leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align people strategy with business performance—driving workforce planning, leadership development, and inclusive culture-building at scale.

Her career is marked by a trajectory of upward mobility and measurable impact. At ISS Facility Services – North America, Alicia held multiple senior HR roles from 2017 to 2024, including Senior HR Business Partner, Sr. Employee Relations & Shared Services Manager, Labor Relations Manager, and Employee Services Manager. She led HR operations supporting thousands of employees, with a focus on labor relations, compliance, employee engagement, and scalable service delivery.

Previously, Alicia spent seven years at iHeartMedia, where she was instrumental in shaping employee relations strategy and served as a trusted advisor to regional leadership. Her earlier roles at ADP, Wells Fargo, Avnet, Utilicorp/Aquila Gas Pipeline, and The Psychological Corporation laid a strong foundation in HR operations, policy development, and leadership coaching.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Park University, graduating magna cum laude. She is certified as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Certified Professional).
