Dr. Massand directs the clinical efforts in programs such as the Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation process, Accountable Care Organization (ACO) activities, Hierarchical Condition Coding (HCC), and HEDIS initiatives. Her 20 years of experience includes previously serving as Regional Medical Director at AdvantageCare Physicians. Dr. Massand is a practicing Board Certified Internal Medicine physician. She completed her residency in family medicine at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, and earned her medical degree at Christian Medical College. Dr. Massand is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, Sindhi and Punjabi.
