Ian Bailey currently serves as the Managing Director of AI & Data Science Analytics at Advarra since May 2025. Previously, Ian held multiple positions at H1 from September 2021 to May 2025, including Sr. Global Account Director and Global Account Director, focusing on strategic partnerships with top pharmaceutical companies. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Zapproved from March 2014 to September 2021, where Ian led the Mid-Market Sales Team and worked as a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive and Solutions Engineer. Beginning in sales roles at Verizon Wireless, Ian laid a strong foundation in account management and business development. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon, earned in 2012.
