Julio Ramirez has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Julio began their career as a Logistics Coordinator at Gildan, where they efficiently coordinated internal operations and maintained inventory control. Julio then moved on to become a Senior Logistics Manager at GMA Corp., where they consistently reduced shipping costs and implemented improvements in warehouse and shipping areas.
Julio later joined Limco Logistics Inc. as an Operations Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the company. Julio then transitioned to ACS/Xerox Dominicana as a Customer Service Representative before moving on to AloricaDR, where they served as a Supervisor for Operations.
In 2017, Julio joined KM2 Solutions as a Program Manager, where they showcased their leadership skills by consistently winning the Most Valuable Player award and implementing strategies to reduce client infractions. Julio was responsible for strategic planning and talent development, helping team members grow into leadership roles.
Following their success at KM2 Solutions, Julio joined One Park Dominicana as a Collections Supervisor. Julio achieved remarkable results, including surpassing collection goals, moving departments, and developing effective strategies to collect delinquent accounts. Presently, Julio is working as an Operations Manager at Advensus.
Julio Ramirez has a diverse education history. In 2010, they attended Sigmatec and completed a postgraduate degree in International Logistics. Julio also received a Customs certification from CAPGEFI and the Ministry of Finance, although the exact dates for this qualification are unknown. In addition, Julio obtained a Certification in Statistical Process Control from INFOTEP and an ISO9000 certificate from the same institution. Lastly, Julio holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Instituto Politecnico Santa Ana.
