Arjun joined Advent in 2020. Previously, he worked for Abbott Laboratories in Mumbai as Commercial Director of Dermatology, leading a 500+ team focused on prescription and over-the-counter brands. Whilst at Abbott, Arjun also held the role of Director of Project Management Office where he conceived and delivered several strategic projects spanning new business ventures, growth acceleration, digital transformation and operational effectiveness. Prior to that, Arjun worked for McKinsey & Company where he served clients across varied sectors and functions with a particular focus on healthcare and consumer industries in strategy topics across India, Singapore, Germany and Canada.
Arjun holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
