Jessica Becker joined Advent in 2022 within the firm’s Portfolio Support Group to work with executive teams on identifying and executing value creation initiatives.
Prior to Advent, she was Managing Director of the Packaged Gases business at Linde, a global industrial gases and engineering company. During her 6 years at Linde, Jessica started as Director of Integration during the Linde-Praxair merger before becoming Managing Director of Linde Electronics Europe.
She started her career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co., where she spent six years advising on performance improvements, strategy and post-merger integration in Chemicals, Basic Materials and Industrials corporations across Europe and the US.
Jessica graduated from Humboldt University, Berlin, and Brandeis University, Boston, and holds a PhD, summa cum laude, in Biophysics from Jena University, Germany.
