Previously, Alisha held the role of Recruiting Manager at Spherion from August 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included sourcing top talent for specialized positions and executive searches. Alisha also worked as an Account Executive at Paladin Consulting, focusing on business development in various sectors, and as a Recruiter at Willis Group US, specializing in VMS recruiting across multiple industries. Alisha began a career in social work at the American Cancer Society from August 2005 to May 2013 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University.
